DA Visitor Returns!!!

The return of the visitor..... Yes, Heather came back to stay with us for the week...Monday, we ordered sushi from Shakiji next door, so Heather had her first experience with sushi.... she didn't luv it, but she didn't hate it.... success..... unfortunately, Deb and Connor did not try it..... Deb took her out to the mall after work....
Tues..... went to lunch with Kim2 at Viet Village..... I paid... that way, she HAD to go to lunch with me again... all part of my master plan with any girl...hahahahah... that night, the girls had viet, as it was Heather's first experience with Viet food.... softball?? went 5/5 in da first game, but we still lost to a hot hitting last place team( who are 3 and 12???) 24-21... second game against the second last place team (Pirates), up 19-10 in top of 4 when , down a player already, their centre fielder dive for a ball and broke his arm... since they were than down to 8 players, they had to forfeit since the min players is 9...

For the weekend, we watched GI Joe on Sat with Kim and Mark... the movie was surprisingly good, considering the bashing of the critics and what I saw in the previews...... after that, M&K came over and Deb made us all Honey Garlic Ribs, cauliflower casserole, has brown casserole, and choc/nut/ice cream dessert..... guys, come over, anytime!!... nice part was, lots of leftovers!!!!... Sunday, Deb went out to the movies with Christine, so I headed over to Airdrie to visit Kirks' new place..... than, I picked up a few things at Sunridge Mall b4 Heather arrived.... picked up some shorts at A&E and a hoodie at West 49....

For the long weekend, Sat, Deb and I did a hike at Grocco Canyon, which was just outside of Exshaw and 10 mins from Canmore.... the hike took just over two hours... than we headed into Canmore for lunch at a place called the Walk (?).....
Sun, we headed to Bowness by Boh Cycle to watch Ryan do a bike race....
Mon, just chilled....

The long weekend, we experienced crazy weather and storms...... lightning, hail, you name it... us?? the motherboard to the computer that operates the elevators in our condo building was toasted... therefore, they had to order the part from BC... we were left without usage of an elevator for one whole week..... ohhhh the humanity........hahaha.... it rained practically form Sat to Thurs..... therefore, our game on Tues was rained out, which was a good thing....our playoffs were suppose to be next week, when I am in BC.... with the loss of Pat, Gavin, Viet, and Chris, we would be missing a few players..... with the one week delay, we should have a few guys back....

Off to Celista BC we go, North side of da Shuswap.....
