Saskatchewan Trip- Part 2

It took me awhile, but I am back to write about the last half of my trip... been very busy lately, but that will be discussed on the next blog..... the last two days of the trip was basically spent with my cousin Peg and the kids... We started off Monday having lunch at a viet place.... than, the rest of the day was occupied with playing with the two kids.... very tiring... we took turns playing with the kids and resting...hahaha... Alexis likes to do an activity over and over again... you move on to something else, and she wants to do that over and over again... be it wall climbing the bed when it was up against the wall, piggybacking her, swinging her upside down, playing house, jumping on the bed and touching the roof, etc.... Jarrett always likes to wrestle or just chit chat... Peg made a delicious roast and gravy... you all know how much I luv beef and gravy... ohhh, I ate myself to submission... sooo full....
My cousins convinced me to not leave Tues morning, but to leave after Jareet got off school... the only problem was Peg had to work and Jason would just be heading to bed since he worked the graveyard shift... so we offered to drive Jarrett to school and babysit Alexis for the day.... it was fun watching her, but tiring.... another good perspective of what it takes to be a parent watching a child... after that, once Peg got off work and Jarrett came home, we left Regina at about 4:30pm... we boogied down the number one highway at about 140 clicks, and made it home at about 11pm.... thus, ends my trip for another year to Saskatchewan..
