Playoffs again!!!

The hockey playoffs are one week in, and they have been nothing but exciting…… first games, all upsets…. Second games, teams tying up the series……. 8 OT games so gar after three games per series… one goal games galore… and a lot of sweating…. Pens and Capps look good… my San Jose, once again, choking…hopefully they can pull thru… Go Sharks!!!....

The month started with a long weekend after April Fool’s Day…. My joke for the day was getting Beth to send a Resignation email from me on a new gig… glad she went along with it…. Funny at all the replies and responses I got…..….drinks after work on the 1st with Rizzle, Deb, Tito and couple of Rizzle’s friend at Brewsters….. had Dim Sum on Good Friday with the home boys….. Sat, finally got together with Mare…she told me all about her trip prior to Xmas, amongst other things…. We went to our usual sushi place on Memorial and 36th St by Malborough Mall…….Also was my last Sat night hockey til Sept….. went to BP’s afterwards and was surprised to see 14 of us there…. Never been so many guys out at once…. It was my first time out for the year….. Sunday was Nha’s housewarming…sorry I couldn’t make it girl…maybe next time….

The following weekend, went to Kim’s bday ()10th) get together at Flames Central….. it was my first time in there…nice place…. It was even better when the Flames last game of the season ended up with them losing big to the Canucks… that was fun…. Got to hang with Kim and Mark, which is always fun…. Met a bunch of Kim’s friend’s like Monique and Nancey (the psychic) and her cousin, Pauline … fun times…always good to razz ya Kim… also going to be nice when I win my first bet and my free lunch for Flames not making it to the playoffs…..hahahahah…

This past weekend, we rented UP IN THE AIR with Clooney…. It was actually a good little flick…. Also got outside for the first time when five of us got together at the batting cage and hit the field to hit some shanks….. weather was beautiful outside…… softball season is fast approaching….

Congrats to my friend who is expecting her second child in Oct…. according to my calculations, you got preggie in beginning of Jan?? wow, you really rang in the new year….hahahah..also happy bday to cousin Jack (9th)…… glad to hear that Anton is ok after a false alarm on a Tsunami while he was vacationing in Indonesia…..

So the playoffs roll on…and so does me sitting in front of the tv for hours and hours…. Poor Deb!!!
