December

The month of December is here.... with that, comes Xmas shopping, Xmas get togethers, and cold ,snowy weather......

The first weekend brought us out work Xmas staff party on the 6th... the party started at 8pm, and was to be held at Divinos for the second straight year... I guess after last year, they decided to "let us" eat on our own first b4 the party, since the appys last year left us all starving by party end.... cheap arses.... so I had a few pple over b4hand for some drinks and to hang b4 heading to Earl's for supper.... AC, Deb, Rob and Kelly came over for a bit... than we headed to supper and met up with Lydia and her hubby, Heather and Harley, and Cor and Jaimi.... I had a club, but could only finish half the sandwich..guess drinking did not make me hungry... from there, we headed to the party.... only 26 IOG staff memebers attended amongst the other reps, and ATBIM members.... two free drink tickets and expensive drinks such as $11 glass of wine helped me to decide to make this an early night... I was home by 11pm..... another uneventful and boring staff party....

The following week, saw us finalizing our vball session, by finishing dead last.... whatever!!!...hahah.... our last two games was played with just Duddy and I, and the four girls..... we did alright, nevertheless..... congrats to Deb for winning Survivor 17 Gabon, with my fav of the year, good ol' Bob.... second went to Burkie with Susie... My Kenny, the Gamer, finished 5th, after getting too arrogant... never get too comfortable or cocky with the game... you will get burned..... $130 to Deb, $50 to Burkie... money is on its way!!!

Last week, I had my first pec injury, which still lingers to this moment... it makes is painful to breath, laugh, or move.... I suffered it after colliding with Keeling in the boards..... man, this stuff lingers, doesnt it??.... at least I didnt have an incident with Wayne.... after a few other incidents the past few months, on the last Sat of Nov, Wayne took me down violently from behind, as I was on a breakaway... he tackled me to the point where I was spinning fast, and uncontrollable into the net... its the first time I lost my bearings while sliding on the ice..I could have been seriously hurt.. I was ready to let him have it, if he didnt coward to the bench and hang his head down.... week after week, he does something stupid in shinny hockey that either embarasses, or hurts other skaters... its only shinny, buddy!!!... lay off you fat bastard, b4 someone really gets hurt!!! Remember, karma is a b*tch!!! I missed last Friday due to the snowfall, so I cant wait to get back to Fri hockey.... Dave, keep your head up!!!.. your on notice now from the Dec 5th, for all your hooks and trips, and no apologies given to me... I am going to go with what goes around, comes around!!!...and yes, I will tell you off!!! I am sick of getting hooked, slashed, tripped, and hurt cause of all these pple's carelessness.....

This past week, I had off for holidays.... could only carryover 5 days, so I had to use up 5 days... with that, came a deep freeze, and second major snowfall.... temp hover around -22 to -27 range.... i decided to be a chauffeur for the week, and drive both Deb and Won to work, and pick them up after work... in between that, got to the doc's office for a refill, and finished up my Xmas shopping at Market Mall... man, that place was a zoo.... I always wonder when I am at the mall, why all these shoppers dont work??.....hahahah.. anyways, with the Xmas shopping done, comes closure to my most expensive Xmas ever.... hope you all like your gifts.....

Finally, I like to say to my fellow associate, take a CHILL PILL!!.. get over your grumpiness.. Ease is gone,move on!!!.... Thanks for the baked goodies once again Korean... your da best!!!.. every year you arrive, every year I seem to be on holidays, and yet, the plate is still left for me..... mucho gracious!!!.. bring on Xmas!!!
