One Year!!!!

Yes, I made the monumental milestone... the one year Ani last Tues, the 13th.... who would have thought.... Yes, she has been great, more than I had expected.... and we will leave it at that...hahahah.. for the night??.. we just had a nice supper at the Olive Garden.... yummy yummy.....than BBT at T and T, and than relaxed at home..in fact, I was out by 8pm..... who drugged my food??..hahhaha.... thanks for the Star Wars Trilogy, babes!!!!... you know how big of a fan I am of that!!!.. hoped you liked your gifts!!!! ..

Thurs, good lunch with Cammer.... you buy next time..hhahaah...good times!!!

Fri, went to drinks with Rob M, AC, and Deb after work at Mile One.... couple of drinks after another hectic day of dealing with GIC's... 80 maybe today??? I am getting sick of them.... keeps us so busy and we are skipping lunch breaks..... ohhh well....Damn Kell had to take Mon, Thurs, and Fri off....hahah

Yes, I finally had the meeting with Deb's bro after a year... the horror story, the scare tactics, the frightening image..... I have heard it all in the last year.... but this past Sat, we headed to his place, to celebrate one of his daughter's bday.... he lives 10 minutes outside of Carmona, which is about an hour from Calgary, on an acrage..... in the end, he wasnt so bad... little rough and tough on the edges, but didnt do anything to me... he did call me "shorty" when asking me what I wanted to drink, but I been called worse..... it was a fine supper.... met his family, played a bit of Wii, experienced the jeep looking ATV, and played with the baby..... all in all, a good night....

Sunday, went for lunch at Montanas for some burger action..... and gravy..and fries..and gravy!!!!....went to watch Bride Wars right after.....hmmmm..what can I say?? it was ok??? I watched it, and that was that... prob never again..its a chick flick with parts that girl's laughed at and I was puzzled, and cheezy parts that made me roll my eyes...enuf said!!

To the return of 24 last weekend...my fav drama...season 7!!!!
Happy bday to Nadine on the 18th....... ohh the memories,my friend!!!

Happy New Year to all!!!.. With that, I also wish my homeboy a happy bday!!!!...Won and I did our yearly thing that we been doing, pretty much that last 10 years… MT, aka Mother Tuckers….. free prime rib for the bday boy……. We may have missed a few years here and there, but its our thing we do on our bdays… good meal indeed!!!!

How did I end of the New Year???? on the 30th, had supper with the Sam and DA mother!!!... we went to You and Me… kind of worry since haven’t been there in awhile, esp with the health violations they had.. oh well…. Fud was still good…

New Years Eve, Deb and I joined KMac and Lorne for supper at the Blue House Restaurant… I had some fish special…very good… fish is a great dinner meal… healthy too, which I haven’t been lately!!!.. after that, we headed to KMac’s place for some drinks, before heading home to ring in the New Year!!.. hope I covered everyone in my text and calls…. I only got a chance to talk to my bros, Mare, and Char!!....Happy New Year to all…..

New Years Day was pretty relaxed…. So how did I start the New year?... by doing something I haven’t done in ages…. Fast food!!!!... I mean real fast food… MacD!!.. at least for lunch, and than KFC for dinner… imagine the calories of chicken, fries, gravy, Big Mac…. Ohh I shiver at the thought

Last Sat, Watched my beloved Colts go down AGAIN to the hated Chargers in OT… B.S. calls by the ref in OT and we lose 23-17 or something… but than again, one frickn first down with 2 minutes to go , and third and two, and the game was over, and da Colts would have advanced…nope, one sack later, a punt, and the tying field goal…. Than we lose the OT coin toss, and I knew it was over….. at least I saw the Canadian juniors pull a miraculous shootout win over the Russians in the semis, 6-5….. Canada tied the game with 5 seconds left??? You kidding me???.. than Eberle and Tavares score in da shootout… ohh the joy I felt!!!...but the circle was completed when Canada won 5-1 on Monday vs the Swedes for the gold…..Tavares may be the MVP, but I think, and was amazed by, Cody Hodgens….. amazing… he did everything for the team!!! I was also able to head out just before midnite to finally see an old familiar face…. Caseman, good to see you again and catch up… its been what, 16 years???.. we will do it again… will try to make my way to the ‘peg this year.. remember, “try”…

Tues was da big surgery DMT…. Everything seems to have gone well… still a recovery stage, but I am here for you, for anything you need!!!....

Xmas?? One word, hectic!!!!..... 5 days of non-stop action and fun and all...... Xmas eve, we were out of work by 1:30pm...... from there, after a quick power nap, Deb and I headed over to Kyla's for some grub and to hang with the fam...... mmm... those mushroom caps were the hilight for me.......

Xmas day, my dad came into town to visit..yes, it was an interesting morning (wide eyes)..... he was suppose to stay with me, but learn that I had a gf over Dim Sum..... yes, he was stunned that I was dating a gwai loy who was older than me.... hahahah... oh well.... after that, I think he was afraid he was interfering, that Deb might be over and all... I assured him that it was just me... but, he felt more comfortable at the bro's place..... that was fine... the rest of the day and night, I was at K-Mac's place.... little romolli, drinks, Wii action, conversation, and my first TurDucken.... yummy yummy...... funny moment?? when we did the toast and I...errrrrr..... did not toast??...ahhahaha

Boxing day, my bros and I headed out to Swiss chalet with the dad for lunch... after that, lined up at Visions next door for about 15 mins, than headed over to Beacon Hill and hit Future Shop amongst others..... Won got an IPOD Nano... I just got an adaptor for the car for my Ipod.... after shopping, we dropped the bros home and headed over to the "Goo Goo"... I thought her kids and grandkids were going to be there, but it was just three neighbours, my dad, and I.... after that, headed over to Deb's and hung out....

Sat, AC had her housewarming..... Rob and I must have cleared about 20 jello shots each...hahahaah... good shtuff!!!... King and I also headed to Sunridge Mall to do some shopping.... I picked up three pants and a calendar.... INDY!!!

Sun...... I held out yearly former Transfer Group get together at my place......
