Colts going to the big time!!!

Its true, its damn true.... after falling 21-3 early 2nd quarter to the hated Patriots, the Colts pulled off an incredible comeback... when all hope was about to be lost, I watched the Colts go from 21-6 at half, tying the game at 21... than tying at 28... than tying it at 31.... than winning the game 38-34 with a TD in the last minute...... how sweet it was when I saw Brady get picked off by Marlon Jackson with like 25 seconds left on Indy's 30 or so..... such an emotional roller coaster.... I am glad its over, and we finally peat the Pats....I dont have to hear about Manning choking,a nd Brady this, and Brady that.... it makes me ill!!!.... now its off to the super bowl in two weeks versus...the BEARS..... its truth time... GO COLTS!!!

On the illness front, still sick... still weak... now, I have no appetite, and I write with a splitting headache... its true, I took two tylenol.... we will see if that works..... ok... off to bed I go.....

Battling the flu...

It sure has been a challenging week. It started last Wed, but didnt really hit til this past Tues....the flu...... I tried taking Tues afternoon off and Wed off from work to try and recover from my condition... it helped a little, but I am still feeling it, as we speak... I had couple of tough nights sleeping, with my cold shivers, yet sweating bullets...my whole body felt weak, and I had little strength im my body... my stomach was queasy and I felt nauseaic.... still, I survived the week... I did go out after work Fri night to the Amsterdam Rhino for Shan's belated bday get together... I only had a couple of drinks, as my body rejected the drinks.... but, it as still fun to hang with Shan's peeps..got to hang with Annie, Playa, Rob, and Jillian from the office, and the rest were Playa's friends... there was about a dozen of us there, but I survived til 9pm..Mel showed up for a bit with her posse, but later left for Morgan's.... that is where the rest of the group ended at later that night..... I went home to rest a bit before hockey.... no incident at hockey, which was good... i took it relatively easy, as i found it hard to catch my breath...

Just had to say the 2 day 2 hour season premiere of 24 was awesome... good to see the ratingsfor it doing so well.... Smallville was a real good episode with the members of the justice league appearing on it..... poor Oliver .... could have had Lois Lane, but gave it up to fight the injustice brought on my Lex.... man, that Lois girl has a hot bod!! America Idol started this week also... it was funny, but the judges were extra cruel this year..... oh well.....

The weekend is here...game approaches fast... I beg for my beloved Colts to win...GO COLTS!!!...

Road to Super Bowl..... through New England!!!!

My worst nightmare has come true. For my beloved Colts to get to the Super Bowl, we must go through the hated Patriots….. In life, we are all faced with the dark side…… the dark side that is lead there by the big three… fear, anger, and hatred….. As a wise man one said (Yoda), “fear leads to anger, anger leads to hatred, and hatred leads you to the the dark side”…it comes in the forms resulting from family, friends, work, partners, money, society, sports, tv......anything in life...... For me, it rears its ugly head the most with sports….. every sport, there is that certain team/person which drives you crazy, who you loathe so much…. Hockey, the Flames… basketball, the Lakers….. baseball, the Yanks…. And with football, that would be the Patriots….. you can imagine me steaming this week when the Chargers blew a sure win, into a loss on Sunday….. add that to the fact that I watched the hated Flames beat my Oilers on Sat… and on Friday, my boiling point was tested at hockey when I took about three hits from the other team…. In fact, after the third hit, I gave that player “the look”… I proceeded to give their bench “the look”…anyone that knows me, knows all about the infamous “look”… if you haven’t, consider yourself lucky!!!!….. Since I am always the last off the ice, I wasn’t prepared for the response when I got back to the locker room… I was in the room with mostly players from the other team… as I entered the room, one commented “Hey Angry man, you sure have a short fuse, don’t you?”… I mumbled something and continued changing…. Than the rest of the room began (continued) talking about the bench reaction to me and how they should stay away from me, and on the hits I took….. this leads me to say,….

DO I HAVE A TEMPER??…. I guess we all do…. Mine has been more evident the last few weeks from my hockey, sports on tv, work, and general life….esp woman ( but we wont get into that)…. I am not as likely to hide my emotions as some pple….. I wear my emotions on my sleeve, which is good at times, but bad in others…. Oh well… pple know what to expect from me…. So don’t p*ss me off!!!!!!…heheheheh…suffice to say, my temper is no different from others… its just mine comes out when others are around… we all have it….. we feel anger…. we feel hatred….we feel the rage…. Its all about control and finding the right outlets to release it….
Now in saying that, my weekend was pretty bad…. I hate the Patriots…..despise them, loathe them, hate them…..period!!!!…. that is all that is to it…. GO COLTS!!!!…PLLLZZZZZZZ......

Happy Birthday, King!!!

Yes, my bro celebrated his bday today.... so my other bro and I took him out to Montana's for some rib action.... I ordered the 2lb apple flavoured ribtips.. it was actually pretty good..I would have to agree with my bro, King, and say its prob better than Tony Roma's... it tastes better, and you get a bigger proportion, for the same price....... I only finished half of it, so I have some leftovers for Tuesday....Man, to be in my early 20's again, would be nice....... so, enjoy the day, and enjoy the year..... life in the 30's is scary...... that is my little advice..enjoy it , NOW!!!!........hahahah

Also, special thanks for the certain someone for keeping me on the phone til 3am yesterday..... only got three hours sleep... I must have looked like a zombie at work today....hehehehe .... also, once again, to Kalua... hang in there!! I am rooting for ya on the sidelines..... just look at my dancing elfmorphasis whenever you need a pick er upper........ that makes me laugh when I see it......

Remember, the countdown is on for the two night, four hour season premiere of 24 this coming Sunday!!... Dont miss it!!... still, the best drama on television, with the best actor, Keifer Sutherland!!!

Go Colts Go!!!!

One down, three more wins to go...... three wins to go for my NFL season not to go down the drain..... for that is the number of games for my Indy Colts to win the Super Bowl....man, watching the games with my bro was intense.... I was on pins and needles, sweating bullets...... down went the Chiefs, next... the defensive machine in the Ravens next Sat!!!....

Happy Bday goes out this week to little Rish..... King and I headed over to her bday supper at Earl's at Banker's Hall Sat night... man, was there a lot of peeps.... 26 or so??.... didnt know anyone, so I basically had my fud and left for hockey..... 24 skaters this week..... wasnt as bad as Friday when we only had 13 skaters... that, was tiresome and exhausting..... I really enjoyed the salad there, as they had little seeds and some kind of berry in the salad... the burger wasnt bad either.....

Friday night, hedaed over to Brewsters again to meet up with good ol' Shan for drinks..... we were joined by Ann, Kalua, Easy, Playa, and Jackie... we didnt stay long.. prob til about 7pm..... so yes, it was short night.....

I also wanted to give a belated shout out to Shan and her bday..... we will get together for your friday night bday drinks in a few weeks, and party up!!!! Also, welcome to Mylenne, former RBC colleague, to the ATB team... you will enjoy working with me again....trust me!!!!

Hottest girl of 2006???

Why am I doing a post on this? Cause I want to!!!!....heheheheh... Actually, my bro did a post on this, so I decided to do one too.... the story goes, that my bros and I were watching MM top 20 hottest woman of 2006. The result of this show was Nelly Furtado finished third and Jessica Alba was fourth. Are you kiddin me??..talk about Canadian propoganda at its finest!!!.... I am not going to argue the fact that Nelly is not hot, as she did a remarkable job transferring herself into a sex symbol with her new album and all.... hot body and all... however, can you even say she is in the same league as Jessica Alba? Is anyone? (by the way, Rihanna finished first......WHATEVER!!!) Just take a look at the following pics...... who would argue this belief of mine.... that Jessica Alba, by far, was THE hottest girl of 2006??? She would turn any girl into a Lesbian, steal any husband away from their wife, or steal any boyfriend from their girlfriend.....

Anyways, here are some of the high points and low points for me for 2006... lets get the low points out of the way first.... the low points of the year was first and foremost, my breakup with Lomes..... another low point is my incident after Bottoms Up one grave Fri night in December..... that will be btwn myself and my friend.... the high points were first and foremost, visiting my two cousins in Regina and Vancouver.... seeing your kids was so fun, relaxing, and theurapeutic... your kids are so adorable to me.......other memorable moments for me was Ann's wedding, my staff Xmas party, and the last day before Xmas holidays.....

Now, my shouts out, as pple say I am never serious, and always a clown.. here is your chance to see another side of me........ I wish all my family, relatives, friends, and co-workers, the best in the New year!!...... a few special shout outs....
